"Our stay was fantastic. The views from the house are amazing. Landscaping is incredible .Sitting on the deck and looking at the views and the ships going by in the distance was wonderful. The house was very clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but it appeared to be very clean. Everyone had a wonderful time and we recommend staying there."

"We very much enjoyed our rental of the "Linden Hills Charmer" home off 45th & York for 5 days (June 2024). For our purposes the location was near perfect; great neighborhood, walking distance to Turtle Bread and some other coffee/ restaurants, with a small grocery store nearby as well. Lots of other shopping and restaurants within 5-10 min drive. 20min to airport or downtown, NP. The house was well maintained, everything worked, good beds, small but very functional kitchen with big refrigerator / freezer and Wolf gas/electric stove. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking stuff. Nice little yard. Garage if needed. Good street parking as well. Overall very comfy."

"I was greeted by complimentary popcorn and couldn't have been more grateful because I was peckish and hadn't figured out where to go for groceries yet! The house is one of the most unique I've ever experienced and it made it all the more satisfying that there were so many ammennities provided: hand soap and lotion at each sink, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, fluffy towels, heavenly bed linens and awesome Grand Hotel pillows (which I've since ordered); comfortable beds, extra tooth brushes and tooth paste, makeup wipes, and a perfectly appointed kitchen with ample cleaning supplies. The automatic bidet toilet was a new experience easily understood from the remote, there was ample street and off street parking (a driveway), and beautifully decorated interiors. It was a distinct pleasure to be your guest for the weekend and I'm very appreciative for all you anticipated for renters. Well done!"
