"The property was great for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. Three king size beds, two trundle beds in the basement, large sleepable sofa also in basement. Lots of activities available, TVs everywhere, two backyard lounging areas. Whoever set this place had a lot of fun. The location was great, a park/ recreational area 1 block away, and great restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and shopping within blocks. Property management was very responsive. We intend to return."

"Great visit to show my kids the beauty of Minnesota! Loved Red Cow and Edina grill for meals! Playground within walking distance. Small farmers market on Saturday. About 30min to Como Zoo, the Children’s Museum, and to the Twins stadium. Beds were all comfy. Kitchen with basic spices and decent amount of pots pans etc. Cozy living room and dining room. Small complaints - floors are pretty squeaky, especially to those listening from the basement! And the window a/c units aren’t really enough for the days when it reaches 90. The bedrooms stayed cool as long as the doors were shut! We weren’t miserable but did notice it stayed fairly warm in the common areas of the house. Overall, a great time with my family!"

We were moved to another house (which was a lovely home, clean and very comfortable), but it was across the street from an elementary school. The location/ neighborhood was not nearly as good as the home we originally booked. But the property manager did get us moved quickly to this house that had a functioning heating system."

We were traveling with 6 adults, two 1 year olds and a 4 yr old and it not only accommodated all the adults wants but it was perfect for the little ones as well. There is a baby gate to keep little ones from the down stairs area, baby monitors, sound machine, high chair, pack n play, yard games, board games and the back yard is gated. The neighborhood is quite and cute with a park, shopping and restaurants all walking distance from the house. Not only was the home comfortable it had all you need to cook while you relax and enjoy your stay. If we ever come back we will definitely look to stay here again."

The house was well stocked with things for the kitchen so we were able to cook a lot of our own meals. There were plenty of linens for all 3 bathrooms. The house was a nice fit for 6 adults. If we were ever to come back out for more treatments for my husband I would definitely rebook this place."

"Our stay in this home was absolutely great. We stayed over the Christmas holiday, cooked lots of meals, baked Christmas treats and relaxed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need...and then some! Toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. Top of the line appliances. Comfy furniture to curl up in with a good book or to watch movies (on any one of several TVs.) Plus the location is fantastic...beautiful walks, loads of restaurants and cute shops within a few blocks, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and several bakeries. We’ll look to see if this home is available again if we’re back in Minneapolis."

"This is a cute house tucked away on a quiet street very, very close to 50th and France and also not far from Lake Harriet. There is a small fenced backyard with a deck and lovely flower garden. Three good sized bedrooms, nice updated kitchen. Lots of comfortable seating in living room and basement Rec area."

"This house worked out well for us as a base of operations for our daughter's wedding. It is a classic older home, decorated in a way that made us feel very comfortable. <br/> We made several meals and had no trouble finding the proper equipment. One couple had the upstairs with it's own bathroom, the two single adults each had a room on the main floor and shared a bathroom. The two younger adult were able to crash in the lowest level, and again had another bathroom to use.<br/>Each bathroom had it's own shower, and was stocked with enough towels and toiletries.<br/> The parking space off the back alley was small and on a slope, so we mainly used the plentiful street parking in the front. I could see the back being more useful in the summer months.<br/> Communication was excellent, and I received a fast answer to a couple of texts I sent. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and hope to use Minnestay in the future."
