"The perfect getaway on the lake. Close proximity to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Beautiful backyard space and great dock. We kept a 26ft boat there for the week and highly recommend anyone staying here takes advantage of the lake access."

"The cottage is great if you are bringing a boat. We tied our boat to the dock and it was very safe and calm. We had easy access to all the lake had to offer. The size was right for our family. The driveway was tight but we managed with our truck and trailer. We could fit one other car if we had to."

"Excellent house on a small channel connecting to Lake Minnetonka. Ample parking for a boat trailer and 4 vehicles. Great beds, and kitchen. Outdoor amenities are the best, well the hot tub was inflatable but the fire pit was perfect. Only improvement could be a better coffee maker. +$500 per night and a super cheap $20 coffee maker is not ideal.<br/>But I would definitely stay here again!"

The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had any toiletry you might need and the seating and beds were comfortable. While this home was expensive it is worth every cent!"

"Fantastic girls’ trip at Lake Minnetonka! Beautiful house right on the lake. Well appointed and fit our group of 5 easily (3 bedrooms/3 baths). We loved waking up in the morning and having coffee looking out at the beautiful lake. Many of us also did yoga and meditated on the private dock. 5 minute drive from grocery store. Also close to all the fun restaurants and shops in both Excelsior and Wayzata. At night we enjoyed the fire pit and made quite a few s’mores. Would definitely recommend!"
