"Everything about this property and the management company is top of the top. Absolute professionalism, cleanliness, and stunning views to boot! Both check-in and checkout process were quite easy. The fully stocked kitchen was great as we were able to cook an excellent Seabass and risotto dinner for my childhood friends. My 10 year old daughter woke up every morning, asking to go fishing with the provided poles and tackle. It was just precious and the memories we made will be kept for a lifetime. Bonfire with s’mores, sunrises on the lake that just can’t be beat (even our 15-year-old woke up every morning to run out and take pictures of the sunrise), and drinking our morning cup of coffee looking out the window over the water was incredible. We had so many people to see and visit, but this location and property made it hard to leave every day. Really can’t say enough good things. We will return for sure!"

A really great place to relax and unwind. <br/>There was a minor issue with the internet connection that was beyond the owner's control (Minnestay kept us informed early and often). Only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 10, but there were only enough beds for 8 people. "This place was amazing and the perfect location. Surprised my fiancé and flew in some of his buddies from San Diego, hoped on the boat and drove up to this gorgeous home for his 40th birthday! It’s modern, clean and the layout was perfect for multiple couples and singles. We never felt on top of each other and everyone had their own space. The covered dock was great and there’s a launch 1 minute from the house located within the neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. You literally don’t have to speak to anyone if you don’t want because they send you an email with all the info you’ll need. We will definitely be coming back."

"This house is gorgeous and we all drew in our breath as we walked in. It's perfectly clean, gorgeously decorated, and everything is thought out beautifully. My friends and I had a small college reunion while in town for a wedding, and the house was perfect, comfortable, and user-friendly. My only minor complaints: A message from the neighbor letting us know she had to wake up at 4 am the next day and to make sure we were quiet was a bummer. We were only 6 people and weren't planning to be noisy, but we spent the entire night on edge worried that we'd get in trouble and ended up totally turning the music off and going to the basement at 7:30 because we couldn't get that out of our heads. The 10 pm quiet time request felt reasonable and we could have left it at that. Also- it felt isolating to a diverse group of guests from NYC and LA to have a Trump book sitting on the coffee table. We all had a bit of an icky feeling after that and wish the owner's politics could have been left out of an otherwise stunning home. "

"My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Minnestay- Lakefront Luxury property in August 2018!! We had high expectations and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and supplied with everything you need for a luxury vacation. We did NOT have to leave once to run to the store to pick anything up. And for our large family that is common. :) We appreciated how well stocked the cupboards were and the amenities were wonderful. Lance assisted us with a great location to rent a boat for our vacation. The rental location was only a couple of minutes from the property, it was quick and easy and the staff was wonderful. One night we asked for a couple of small items and they literally were at our door within a couple of hours. High attention to detail! I appreciated the great service. Whenever I needed anything, I would make a call or send an email and was responded to immediately. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time, the property is amazing and the property management was outstanding. We will definitely come back!!!"

"This was our first stay in this wonderful Lake Minnetonka home. I would highly recommend this porpoerty for any family looking for a Minnetonka lake house experience. The home is very new with all the high end appliances and furnishings one would expect of a luxury lake front home. The configuration of the bedrooms give everyone space and privacy when desired, while the main level great room and kitchen area is a wonderful space for meals and family time together. "We were blown away by this property! It's brand new, so everything is in fantastic condition, clean and sparkling. The view of the lake out of the huge windows is spectacular! The modern, open, designer feeling of the house has you feeling like you're rock star in Malibu instead of Minneapolis The kitchen is incredible, with a huge professional stove, refrigerator and island. A cook's dream! It's right on the lake, with a dock, so you can boat in and out. There's plenty of space for friends and family, and two amazing master suites with their personal views of the lake. It looks like it was professionally designed, inside and out, the decor and furniture is incredible. We're definitely coming back again in the summer, it's close enough to the city of Minneapolis that I can goo to my office during the day and hit the lake that night, then BBQ on the deck, and roast marshmallows on the fire pit watching the sunset."
