"I grew up somewhat close to the rental- was lovely to be able to have several family members, who traveled into town for a wedding , to be able to stay together! We come to Mpls frequently and will likely try and stay here again! plenty of space, easy to walk to grocery store, restaurants. Very close to airport. Loved the game room for extra space- Also with two bedrooms on main- very accessible for my older parents should they come with us next time!"

"We drove from Indiana for fall break due to the hurricane ruining our planned Florida vacation. None of us were disappointed! The house was fabulous! We had four teen girls, two 13 year olds and two 15 year olds, and two adults. The two groups of teens each had their own floor, and the adults were very comfy in the basement. For sure, Minnestay is the best property management company we have ever encountered!"

"Our stay was great overall! Only a few qualms such as a lack of communication from Minnestay about a delayed check-in on their end and similar to what other guests have said, you have to jump through many extra hoops compared to a typical Airbnb stay. With Minnestay requiring you to do anything through their own guest portal, it took away the personal communication that I usually like about Airbnb. However, the home was very nice and was just what we needed for a wedding weekend. Plus, it's close to the airport!"

"Perfect location and wonderful stay! We came to be with family from all over the US and this was a wonderful retreat after busy days meeting up with family. Not one complaint. Great neighborhood and neighbors, loved the sweet manicured fenced in backyard and deck, as did our dogs, and a special treat was the game room! So much fun! "What a fabulous family home in a wonderful location. Our family of four enjoyed a week long stay here without ever feeling on top of one another. Moreover my spouse and I were both able to find quiet places to work throughout the house and the WiFi worked well everywhere. One of the highlights of our stay was dining al fresco on the back porch after using our grill, and being walking distance to Lake Nokomis, several restaurants/coffee shops, and a grocery store. Everything we needed or wanted to do in Minneapolis, St. Paul, or the surrounding suburbs was an easy drive from here. Would absolutely book this home again."

"The home was well equipped with plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, toiletries, and so much more. The living room was cozy and warm with the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. The location was very nice facing the golf course though closed for the winter. The game room downstairs was fantastic. We did not use the garage game room as it was very cold when we came. The three floors provided ample privacy and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. A great property."

Also, I am originally from the area and it was great to be my the lake/trails, and to visit family in Minneapolis and St.Paul. I was with my Grandmother that cannot manage steps well, so it was great to have the king size bed on the main floor with a bathroom."

This is a very easy review to write — from the endless fun our boys had with all of the games and the game room, to the very comfortable bedrooms and sleeping conditions, to the fenced in backyard and very nice deck area. "Beautifully updated home nearby a beautiful lake! Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood and fun games provided. The game room was in the hot garage so we didn't go in there, but there were luckily arcade games in the basement! There were only four chairs for dining, so bigger groups will need some dining in the living room, but otherwise the place is very spacious and accommodating. We loved baking a cake right there with all the bakeware provided! We also liked the thoughtful touch of the wine, but we'd love some cold waters on a hot day. Also, the wifi code is on the side of the fridge- not in the guestbook. We looked for quite a while. But overall a great stay, we'd stay here again!"
