"Minnestay's place is a very comfy and nicely appointed studio in the North Loop. It was my first visit to Minneapolis for a conference. I was able to take Lyfts to the Convention Center for a reasonable price. If here for similar business, folks might want to be closer to downtown. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to assist me with replacing my phone charger that I had left at the airport. I would definitely consider staying here again and/or checking out their other properties."

"Very stylish studio with spectacular views and close to everything important. Very responsive host. Washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. An important thing to note is that this is a true studio without any room separation other than the bathroom. It is perfect for a business traveler or a couple, but not for sharing with anyone with whom you are not comfortable being in the same room. Having said that, the cleanliness, the parking, the host were all top notch."

Washer and dryer in apartment. <br/>Comfortable bed and couch. <br/>TV didn’t always keep a signal. <br/>Close to local restaurants and bars. <br/>The air vents were a bit loud and didn’t ever really go off. <br/>Also, the check system in was a bit cumbersome and when we asked for help the management was a bit rude."

"This place made for a comfortable and cozy weekend getaway. Check in was very easy, and felt right at home once I walked inside. I did have issues with my parking pass not working, but they quickly responded to my message and I was able to get a new pass right away. They were very proactive in helping me out, and I appreciate that. I loved the wall to wall windows, which made the place feel bright and open, and I was able to watch the sun set at night. It was an overall good experience, and would gladly stay here again."

"Great place near Target Field. We attended the Astros vs Twins playoff games. Easy to walk to lots of places. Good area. Getting into the place was a little confusing. One thing I did not like was that I was told before I booked it that there would be someone there to hold my bags till check in time because we had an early flight. So I booked it, the night before I contacted them to make sure I could leave my bags. Now all of the sudden they didn’t show up to work and no one would be available. We had to leave our bags at an ups store for a fee until check in time. It was just a lie to get me to book the stay. Other than that it was a good place."

"The place was exactly as advertised... I almost felt bad we were hardly ever there as we were gone almost day and night. Great location, so much to see and do. Restaurants and breweries outstanding!<br/>Although the place was clean, the washer and dryer were not. Someone tried to use a pod in the top of the washer and it left a mess, which we cleaned out. Also, it looked like the lint tray in the dryer had not been cleaned in weeks. We cleaned it as we had to take care of a spill on an item of clothing. We brought this to Minnestay's attention, and they were sorry. I sent pictures to show how bad it was.<br/>I suggested another welcoming gift of coffee (keep in mind, we stayed for 5 nights and got the same gift as those staying for 1) for our efforts in cleaning the washer and dryer, and were shut down. Something should have been done as an accommodation, and it was not. Our coffee was gone that first morning. A plus that it was local."

"This is such a cute place & the location is FANTASTIC. The North Loop neighborhood is a young & hip area with wonderful restaurants and close to downtown. <br/>Keep in mind that this unit is setup like a studio apartment, so it will accommodate either a single person or a couple. Additionally, due to the unit being on the 7th floor, the shower water pressure leaves quite a bit to be desired - be sure to allow for extra shower time. <br/>Additional suggestion to the property manager: the sheets would benefit from an update, while they are comfortable, there is some noticeable pilling. <br/>Overall, this is a super convenient and safe place to stay. We loved it!"

"The unit is clean, attractive, and well equipped. The neighborhood is pleasant and we felt safe walking to and from a Twins game at night. The parking garage is connected to the building at every floor, and our assigned parking space was very convenient and not far from our unit. Note that check-in and check-out are logistically challenging. At check-in, you must pick up the keys and the parking pass from an electronic kiosk in the building foyer before you can park your car in the parking garage. At check-out, you must exit the garage before returning the key and parking pass."

We recommend "The Freehouse" for breakfast, "Smack Shack" for dinner/lunch, and "Graze | Provisions + Libations" to watch a game or after. Highly recommend taking the tour of Paisley Park, but plan ahead and get tickets early, all tours everyday sell out fast. Can purchase from Tripadvisor. We found the checkin/checkout process a bit frustrating with their "key cafe" system, however a small inconvenience. We would stay here again."

"This place is awesome. We stayed 2 nights for the Twins/Cubs series. It is a short, safe walk to Target Field, several breweries, coffee shops & restaurants (be sure to stop by Fuzzy's Taco Shop for a breakfast burrito!). The Airbnb itself was very clean, secure, quiet and comfortable, as was the bed. We appreciated that the unit came with a washer/dryer combo, complimentary coffee and a designated parking space in their attached parking garage (which is conveniently located very close to the apartment door exit). If you are traveling heavy, there is a spacious walk in closet to store your luggage and hang clothing. We didn't cross paths with that many people in the building during our short stay, but the ones we did were super friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to the Twin Cities, we will absolutely book this Minnestay property again!"

"An outstanding experience! To start, the location of this place is incredible. Though right in the heart of Minneapolis’ North Loop, it’s tucked in a charming location that’s “just enough” to get away from noise and busy-ness. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go and to get anything I needed to have! The quality of this unit was outstanding. I felt as though I was staying in a thoughtful, well appointed boutique hotel room. The artwork was incredibly tasteful and added such a nice energy to the room and my stay. The quality of items used in this unit really blew me away! The wine glasses were all Riedel; the dish-ware all Le Crueset; Wusthoff knives sat on the countertops; a Bose speaker system; played my Spotify playlist via Bluetooth connection; and the most charming wool Pendleton blanket sat on the foot my bed. This unit was clearly put together with care and with the intent to wow each of its visitors. Beyond being wow’d, I was comfortable and relaxed. The two types of shade coverings allowed me to either diffuse or let in the sunlight and block all light at night. The washer and dryer allowed me to return home with clean clothes, and the full kitchen and rooftop (with a grill!) allowed me to host an old friend for a steak and glass of wine. I’ll be coming back and I encourage anyone thinking about booking this unit, to book it now!"
