"This was one of those very rare Airbnbs where the apartment truly was exactly as expected and described. I was delighted That the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves in terms of pots and pans, and all of the sort of kitchen implements that realistically you need, but which many Airbnb hosts don’t provide. One very small negative, which is worth knowing about is that one bedroom has a walk-in closet and dresser, whereas the other bedroom has a closet with neither a luggage rack nor a dresser. If you don’t mind sharing the dresser/larger closet (as was the case for my group) then this is no problem. If it’s a problem for you, he might wanna ask the hosts about accessing an additional luggage rack. That aside, this was a great apartment in a really fun neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again."

"Had a fantastic stay! Would recommend the place to anyone! Anytime I return to Minneapolis I'll be staying here! Minnestay was very responsive and provided instructions effectively. Our coffee pot was cracked and Minnestay replaced it immediately! <br/>The only downside I'd say is the Key Cafe lockbox to retrieve keys. It's very combursome and can take a couple minutes to figure out. The box wouldn't work returning the keys but they did have an easy solution for us! <br/>Thanks Minnestay!! 5 Stars from me!!"

The Twins baseball stadium is also just blocks away. There is a rooftop space that is very nice with lots of seating, a refrigerator, a grill, and a gas fire feature. Also, beautiful sunset views. Definitely would recommend for a perfect stay in downtown Minneapolis."

The unit was quiet, and we enjoyed the private and rooftop balconies. The garage space was also a plus for when we wanted to explore the area. Only downside—and this isn’t the management’s fault or under their control—but there’s extensive construction right next to the building which is very loud and starts very early in the morning. If you’re on vacation and want to sleep in you might check to see if the construction is still going on. Otherwise the place was absolutely perfect!"

"Our stay at Sable was amazing! The location is perfect - in walking distance of lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. The space itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Loved the extra touches - toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, earplugs, makeup remover wipes! <br/>Only issue we had at check in was that the fob from the key dispenser wasn’t working properly. I called the phone number provided and someone was on site and helped us out quickly and we were able to get in and had no issues the rest of the time.<br/>It was an amazing stay and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy downtown Minneapolis!"

Inside the apartment, it has everything you need, and a nice bonus is the coffee bean grinder along with a package of coffee beans. The instructions on the parking garage and how to get in is detailed which we appreciated yet wondered how confusing it may be. Don't worry, it is really easy. We would definitely stay there again."

"We were traveling a week before arrival and check-in instructions were not timely. However, the rom was very nice and my wife and I especially enjoyed having two bathrooms. All the amenities worked well and handy cooking and cleaning items were provided. We like to walk and found restaurants and Whole Foods at reasonable distances."

My 80-something mother-in-law has not been to the metro in many years, and lives in a town of 200 people. She was wowed by the comfortable stay and fun cosmopolitan neighborhood. It was very clean and even though it was cold, it was so nice to have the outdoor space of the balconies. We found it overly detailed, tedious - requiring multiple text messages, emails and a separate contract signing."

Please read the emailed information if you book with Minnestay. Their directions are really thorough and very helpful if you actually read it. The building is in a great location near great restaurants and bars. We hope to fly back and stay there again for a Vikings game."

"This property was absolutely beautiful! The area is very easy to access from the freeway and there is tons of shopping and places to eat near the bnb. There is a roof top with fire pits and cute couches to enjoy. That was a huge plus that we didn’t know about! The only cons we had was the mattress on the pull out couch was VERY thin and uncomfortable. We also had issues with getting out of the parking garage. We ended up needing to pay for a lost ticket however the host was able to refund the cost of it for us. They were very quick to communicate and answer my questions. We would 100% stay here again!"
