"Very clean, well-equipped space, perfect for short or long stays. <br/>Basically everything you could need is stocked (nice little stash of bathroom stuff, plenty of dishwasher tablets, trash bags, etc etc). <br/>Despite a couple of reviews, key pickup and entry is actually very straightforward - however, it is supplied in a pretty irritating way. Airbnb message, email, text, guest portals, keycafe, parking passes… Minnestay could probably make it all seem less complicated by just picking a single channel to communicate. <br/>If we’re nitpicking, two items that nearly knocked off a star:<br/>First, 4pm is not a very generous check in time. I’d say 3pm is hotel standard - I appreciated the clean room and I know that takes time, but that extra hour was a pain. <br/>Second, charging $10 a day for gym access seemed unnecessarily cheap. It’s in the building!"

"Perfect place to stay if you’re downtown for work or going to games. We were in for a baseball and basketball game and it was so nice just to be able to walk. There are so many restaurants and shopping close by. <br/>The condo had everything you needed. It was clean and had dishes/utensils for cooking. It was easy to find and check in/check out was very easy and they send detailed instructions."

"My husband and I stayed at this Minnestay apartment in Minneapolis for a week, and we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The location and the space itself lived up to our expectations. Unlike most apartments run by management companies, the space is stylishly decorated and has the most well equipped kitchen I have ever come across in an Airbnb rental, including everything from margarita glasses to an avocado slicer. The North Loop neighborhood was a fun place to stay, and there were a number of nearby restaurants and bars.<br/>My only issue was that their system for accessing keys to the apartments is confusing. Finding the right information was particularly difficult because I received information from Minnestay via Airbnb email, my personal email, texts and the apartment’s guest portal. It was a great place to stay, so this is a small issue in the scheme of things."

"My only concern was too many codes in different places…some text some email. I had a heck of a time returning my keys today so put them in the package room. I also wasn’t able to officially check out. Kept being a server error."
