"This place was perfect for my work trip. Centrally located and nearby a number of tasty restaurants. <br/>I experienced a wonderful view from this top floor apartment during some night time snowfall. <br/>While here, I experienced some power issues that the host couldn’t have foreseen. They quickly got a repairman there the following morning. They also were very responsive to all of my questions.<br/>My only complaint about this location is the access to the building itself during checkin. You have to find parking on the road, enter a code to get into the building, follow steps to enter another code for a key, and then return to the car to move it into the parking garage. This is likely a feature of the security of the facility, and a minor inconvenience overall. <br/>I’ll definitely return here during my next visit."

My car battery died and the property manager walked block to her apartment to get her own car and came back and jumped my battery for me. Above and beyond service and impeccable property!"

"Great view of city skyline and clean space. Secure building and as long as directions sent ahead of time are followed, not hard to check in/out. The only hiccup was somehow the breaker for the living room lights was tripped on two separate occasions when we returned from our daily excursions. The electrical panel was easily accessible and breakers clearly marked so wasn’t hard to fix. Would stay again!"

"The place was truly lovely and the apartment was well located. It's well decorated with a fantastic view. My only complaint is that Minnestay needed me to do additional verifications outside of Airbnb. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that and it felt redundant given that I've already verified my government issues ID with Airbnb. Lastly, I had them sending me emails, texts and Airbnb messages. I wish they would stick to just Airbnb. If something happens with your booking, Airbnb requires that you communicate through their platform or they are not liable. They have to be able to review communication. For that reason, I don't know that I'd stay here again, but I really did enjoy the stay and would recommend it if you're willing to jump through some extra hoops."

"Stayed at Sable 807 for a long weekend getaway; this place is even more gorgeous than the pictures and the view is incredible. <br/>The unit was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. More than the ‘basic essentials’ in the kitchen which made meals easy and fun. Corner view of skyline is incredible. Tons of restaurants/bars/coffee shops within a walkable distance. Highly recommend going out to explore the nearby area to find these hidden gems. Key fob pickup was easy but we did have some issues locating the unit from the parking garage. <br/>Would recommend this place for a couple looking to get away, would probably be tight for 3 more people. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!"

"We had never been to Minneapolis and were in town from Seattle for a regional soccer tryout for my son. I'm so happy we found this place. I thought that there was no way it was as cool as the photos. It turns out the clean modern design and wrap around views of the skyline were even better than advertised.<br/>We were within minutes of everything, but the tastiest restaurants and most walkable neighborhood were on our block!<br/>We had no need to reach out for help because there were no issues with the property. I haven't used Airbnb a lot so was a little worried about check in and checkout process. The details came from minnestay and were clear and proactively delivered for every message. We had no issues.<br/>Our travel to Minneapolis was required for youth sports but minnestay is a big reason we want to bring our whole family back. We will certainly look to reserve with Minnestay again.<br/>This place was absolutely awesome."
