"The house and location was beautiful! The surrounding area was super nice and there was a ton of state parks and lakes to visit. Overall the home was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need and everything was super clean. Over all of the airb&bs we stayed at this one definitely had the most value per night! Would 100% recommend this host and house to anyone that is looking to take a small vacation in this area!"

"This is the best vacation rental we’ve been to. I’ve been trying to come up with some sort of complaint or problem—what reviews sound real if they’re all positive?—and the best I can come up with is “The microwave was very complicated and we did not use all of its features,” and “we brought our sharp knives from home (because experience has taught us to do this) and there were plentiful sharp knives provided.” Sincerely, a beautiful, restoring, wonderful house. We will be back. You should come here too, just not on our week."

"My adult children stayed with their children at this air bnb and were very happy with the accommodations! Young children had so many toys and accessories to play with they never expected would be available. The kitchen appliances were top grade and eating on the large and wonderful deck was great. So much pleasant space! The children could walk down from the deck to a slow moving stream and watch the lake without concerns from the parents. Nets provided to try to catch frogs and minnows. A beautiful location and we hope to stay again at this location next year. Couldn't have asked for anything more. so much thanks."

"We had a nice stay but there were some negatives.<br/>Positives:<br/>Beautiful location on the river<br/>Very clean<br/>Lovely furnishings<br/>Extra touches of treats and coffee<br/>Negatives: (reflect Minnestay, not the house)<br/>There were no house instructions.<br/>There should also be directions to the house as the house numbers are out of sequence. We would never find it in the dark.<br/>I would never use Minnestay again due to communication. We were told after booking that we had to take a picture with our driver's license and sign an extensive contract (not crazy about either)<br/>We were not given the entry code until right before arriving. We were also told we owed $64 and would not get the code until we paid it! We had paid in full via airbnb. We were driving at the time, had to pull over and call Minnestay to question this text. Of course we got VM. Eventually they called back and said it was a mistake...but 15 minutes before checkin????? Really?? The person who called back was indifferent and border rude."

"We were in beautiful Somerset for work and this house was the best! So comfortable to sip coffee and see the river, wildlife and eat outside on the patio. We definitely recommend!!"

"Our group of four loved our stay! Very spacious house that somehow still felt cozy with lots of areas to hang out. Our favorite things about the house were the long deck, amazing grill, and access to the water. The kayaks were perfect and the range of life vests were great for all. Easy access to grocery stores in Somerset, quick trip to Stillwater although we could have spent all of our time at the house. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Also, bring your binoculars the bird watching was amazing. Orioles galore!"
